SZGL - 1200 open elongated multiposition vacuum tube furnace is a new type furnace based on our original small size furnace ,equiped with imported resistance wire as heating element, intelligent temperature control system , phase-shifting trigger, SCR control, the furnace’s charmber adopts polycrystal alumina fiber with good heat preservation performance , it can work under horizontal or vertical or other angle positions, easy operation, high practicality, also work in atmosphere and vacuum enviroment to meet different experiments demand.
Main function and features:
1. Adopted KF quick flange sealing, the connection can be done by a clamp flange. It is very convenient to put in and take out the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damage which caused by flange installation .
2. The furnace tube can work at any angle, vertical, horizontal or any else angle. Used more widely.
3. Furnace chamber adopts imported polycrystalline alumina fiber, good heat preservation performance,durable, high tensile strength, no miscellaneous ball, high purity, energy saving effect is obviously better than domestic fiber material.the resistance wire is adopted high quality resistance alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, durable in use.
4. Reserved vacuum and gas path fast interface, could connect with our vacuum system or mixed gas system directly.
5. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output.
6. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitor the temperature of the heated material (for optional purchase).
7. Over-temperature will alarm and automatic cut off the power, leakage protection function,safe and reliable operation
Main applications:
Used for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises to do
high temperature sintering atmosphere, atmosphere restoring, CVD/CVI experimental and vacuum annealing.
