Infrared heating rapidly heating furnace also called rapid vacuum quenching furnace is a new product independently developed by our company, the furnace used imported infrared heating tube, EUROTHERM nanodac color LCD recorder control temperature, high precision temperature control, fast response time, vertical structure, furnace can automatically lift, can rapid heating up and cooling down. The bottom of flange adopt high vacuum electric plug valve, the materials is cooled rapidly. The furnace adopt high-quality quartz furnace tube, to meet the material sudden cold and sudden change in heat requirements; furnace tube can be manually lift,take and put the material easily. |
Main functions and features 1.Adopted KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges.
2.The chamber of furnace adopt imported high pure polycrystalline alumina fiber, use imported infrared heating tube heating, the service life of up to 5000 hours, fast heating speed, the maximum temperature of up to 1050 ¡æ; 3.EUROTHERM nanodac color LCD recorder temperature controller, high intelligence, strong expansion performance, fast response time to meet the 125ms sampling frequency. 4.The furnace boy can be automatically lifted, when the furnace completed heating, the furnace body quickly rise, the lid can be opened, achieved rapid cooling of the sample, meet the material sudden hot and sudden change to cold experimental requirements. 5.The furance tube adopt high quality quartz tube, can be moved up and down manually, take and put material conveniently. 6.The bottom of the furnace tube is equipped with high vacuum electric flapper valve at the place of sealing flange, one key can automatically take materials. 7.Reserved vacuum, gas road fast interface, could working with our vacuum system or mixed gas system. 8.Set over-heat alarm and power off, electric, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation. |
