JVJ-2000YS microcomputer control electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection of high-precision material , the testing equipment consists of test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and test equipment. The maximum test force 2000kN, test machine accuracy is grade 1, according to user requirement, also expanded to 0.5 (please specify when ordering). 

The main body is a double space structure with stretching space between the upper beam and the lower beam, and a compression space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by moving the lower beam up and down through sprocket and screw rotation. Upper and lower beams with built-in hydraulic control wedge clamping jaws, the standard model with V-and flat-type clamp for clamping cylindrical specimens and flat specimens for tensile test;  The bottom of lower beam is equipped with a pressure plate, the test bench is provided with a pressure plate with a spherical vice, the compression test can be done directly. 

The design of the test machine has considered the possibility of expanding the assembly of other fixtures to complete more tests. Such as: Bolt fixture can be used to do the bolt tensioning and loading, with bending fixture can be done round bar or plate bending test, equipped with shear fixture can do round bar shear strength test, in the compression space add the anti- folding, shearing, splitting, elastic modulus and other concrete and cement samples can do the corresponding test, in addition, coupled with steel ball, anchor chain, fasteners and other fixtures to complete the test of the product.
