2. Support setting many heating curves in advance, when working you can sue it directly to anneal different materials. No need setting heating program every time.

3. Experiment data can copy to computer by U-disk through USB interface. And can be save as Excel format.

4. Adopted water cooling type KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges; The flange can be working with our chiller, effectively reduce the temperature of flange side tube and protect O-ring, ensure the tightness of furnace tube and flange.

5. Double shell, equipped with air insulation technology and heat-sensing technology-driven intelligent air cooling system, ensure low temperature of furnace surface.

6. Furnace chamber adopts imported polycrystalline alumina fiber, good heat preservation performance, durable, high tensile strength, no miscellaneous ball, high purity, energy saving effect is obviously better than domestic fiber material.

7. Heating elements adopted high quality silicon molybdenum rod, greatly improve its service life ; 99.99% alundum tube with high density, not easy break.
