Product Features
The electric furnace is vertical structure, with double water-cooled furnace shell. The inner layer of stainless steel is polished, the outer carbon steel rust-proof treatment. There is observation window and baffle on the lid, the lid open mode is manual or hydraulic way.Observation window arranged on the furnace body, automatic thermocouple,Over temperature protection thermocouple and infrared thermometer. Water-cooled electrode is on the furnace side. The heating element adopts three high graphite, thermal insulation layer carbon blanket and graphite composite structure. Vacuum system using oil diffusion pump, mechanical pump, mechanical pump with electronic valve, high and low vacuum valve is the manual baffle valve, with digital composite vacuum machine and PLC, to realize high and low vacuum automatic switching.
