The vacuum molybdenum furnace is widely used in colleages and universities, scientific research units and production enterprises for mateirals sintering in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. Vertical structure is suitable for metal materials in high vacuum, high temperature for annealing, brazing,sintering, degassing treatment, also can be applied to quartz hydroxyl processing.
Product Feature
The vacuum molybdenum furnace is composed of furnace body, vacuum system and electric control system. The furnace cover, body and bottom are all used double water-cooled structure, the exterior temperature of the furnace shell not exceeding 50℃. Temperature measurement using tungsten rhenium thermocouple to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement. Vacuum system adopts two level pumps or three level pumps, electrical components are well-known brands at home and abroad, for the program instrumentation, the users can set up the program by themselves, automatic sintering.
