Furnace cover, furnace body and bottom are used double water cooling structure, keep the furnace shell temperature does not exceed 50 ℃. The alloy filler is specially installed on the lid. The furnace body has a induction ring.By manually rotating the handle of the furnace can easily put the crucible solution into the ingot mold, and ingot mold can be designed into water-cooled form. The upper part of the crucible is provided with a temperature measuring device. Vacuum system using the secondary or tertiary pump, oil diffusion pump and direct connection pump or screw pump.Vacuum unit with a release valve and inflatable valve. Power supply using IGBT imported power devices, more integrated and miniaturized,the effective output power more than 90%.Energy saving, compared with traditional SCR frequency power, fractional energy savings is over 60%. The electrical system with over-current, over-voltage feedback and protection of current.
