Product Application
The equipment is a cycle type operation, the internal has non-carbon, to aviod carbon pollution, is a vacuum pollution-free sintering, widely used for ceramic metal, ceramic sintering, reduction, brazing, annealing and bright processing.
Furnace main structure
The main structure of the hydrogen furnace including furnace chamber, lifting system, hydrogen and nitrogen systems, cooling water systems,
electric power regulator and electric control systems etc. The furnace chamber consists of the upper furnace cover, the furnace body and the water-cooled floor. Hydrogen nitrogen channel system including manual valves, pressure sensors, flow meters and pressure gauges, wet hydrogen devices etc. The inlet of hydrogen is fitted with pressure gauges. Pipes are used high quality stainless steel tubes, connector adopts stainless steel dual card sleeve connection to ensure the sealing and security.
Gas system - When working, firstly vacuumized and exclude the atmosphere, then hydrogen chaged directly into the furnace, when the hydrogen reaches the positive pressure, open the valve, the waste hydrogen is burning in the exhause vent untill the heating, insulation, end.
When the temperature is cooled below 400°C, close the hydrogen valve and fill the furnace with nitrogen untill the end of the work. Gas system has the hydrogen pressure insufficiency, within a specified time does not preclude the fault automatic shut down the hydrogen valve, open the nitrogen valve , input the nitrogen to furance and send the alarm signal. Furnace exhaust port with ignition and anti-tempering device. When the furnace pressure is too high, the inflatable solenoid valve is closed automatically, and the pressure drops to a certain value automatically open.
Hydogen test
1. Open the nitrogen valve to filled the nitrogen. After about 10-15 minutes of nitrogen filling (or direct vacuum filling hydrogen), then tranfer to fill hydrogen.
2. After a few minutes of hydrogen charging, a glass pot was set on the fire nozzle filled with hydrogen, and use the hand press the bottle (bottle neck downward) to remove, then with fire to test burn. If a “pop” sound issued, the hydrogen is pure, if the “chirp” sound, the hydrogen is impure, must be recharding, try again.
3. Prove that the furnace hydrogen to achieve sufficient purity, the furnace can be heated, heat, cooling and other operations.
